These guys are fantastic!

These guys are fantastic! I wish I had known about them years ago. Extremely friendly, helpful and professional. They kept me updated via phone calls while they were working on my car to explain what they were doing and advising what needed doing etc, and they did a brilliant job and fixed both issues in the same day. Every person I dealt with there (and I dealt with 4 people in total including the technician who worked on my car), were all extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Will definitely be using these guys again - a pleasure to deal with and prices fair. Thank you JVS!

Review 2: I used JVS again yesterday (9/1/24) to have my brake & clutch fluid changed. A very pleasant experience as usual from the brilliant & helpful front desk team and also the excellent technician who worked on my car who came through and advised of a few issues which needed attention, and they very kindly managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule at short notice today so they can fit some brake pads which need doing urgently. Review 5: Another very pleasant visit to JVS today. I was looking to get an oil change, brake fluid, gearbox oil and coolant change, and the young gentleman I dealt with on reception today (Youseff) managed to squeeze me in at very short notice and get everything sorted for me and provided me with all the information and prices I needed before I booked my car in. JVS is a very slick operation indeed and has taken all the stress out of my car maintenance needs. All the front-of-house team are excellent to deal with and the technicians are also top class. It's been Youseff on reception I've had the most dealings with and it's a pleasure to deal with him and his colleagues. Many thanks again.

Review 6: Had another visit to JVS a few days ago. All went smoothly as usual. I turned up just before my appointment time and after a friendly greeting from the front-of-house team, the technician got straight onto changing my gearbox oil whilst I waited in the very pleasant and comfortable waiting area.

Review 7: Another pleasant visit to JVS today for an interim service. I dealt with Youseff today who managed to fit me in at very short notice. The technician got straight onto my car when I arrived and all went smoothly as usual. I don't know the name of the technician who worked on my car but they've done a lovely job of cleaning my engine bay! It looks like new now! and also the tyre shine too! - first-class service and workmanship from these guys and the front-of-house team are all a pleasure to deal with and will take the time to explain pricing and answer questions in a friendly and helpful manner. Review 8: Just returned from JVS after having some suspension work and front wheel alignment done. The technicians have done a brilliant job and went out of their way to get all the work done as swiftly as possible. They sourced the best quality parts they could at a very fair price and saved me around £1000 than if I'd taken it to the main dealer! I dealt with Mackenzie and Georgia when I booked the car in who were both very helpful & friendly and explained the pricing to me and answered my questions regarding the work that I needed. It was Youseff I dealt with when I picked up the car today, and even though it was near closing time, he took time to explain all the work carried out and was super friendly & helpful, as were all the front-of-house team and technicians.
